Only have the laserdisc of the film, not the music CD. There was an earlier version of this film directed by Rintaro Mayuzumi in 1992, but the producer (Kazuyoshi Okuyama) wasn't happy with the result. He reshot about 40% of the scenes and rereleased it in 1994 to correspond with Edogawa Rampo's (sounds like Edgar Allen Poe, get it?) 100th birthday. This is the version that made it to the U.S. and laserdisc format. Reminds me of David Lynch's "Twin Peaks" in its beauty and strangeness.
