I'm wanting to buy a preamp/processor for my home theater setup, but want to keep my Parasound 5-channel amp and use the receiver's amps for surround sound channels. My question is there that much of a difference between the preamp function of either the 3300 or 5700? I know they have different DACS, but is there a large sonic difference between the two when used as a premp. Thanks.
