I don't use the SD-9200 for Video ... instead, I use the JVC 723 since it does not have the chroma bug.Due to rack and space limitations I am not able to compare the quality of the two players ... so I dont know if the chroma bug on the SD-9200 makes it look really bad compared to the 723.
Can someone who has compared it to the 723 please report here ?
Thanks.

I own the 9200 and my buddy owns a 723. I've never had any problems with chroma bug on my 9200. In my opinion the 9200 displays better progressive picture than the 723 also. But the real difference in the two player is the sound quality.
Thanks Robby ... I own both but use the 723 for video only ... I was wondering what display (tv) you send it to ... thanks.
I'm sending it to a RCA F38310 HDTV. My buddy who has the 723 has a Sony XBR non HD television. So he bought his 723 over so we could view it in progressive. That's when I decided to get the 9200 after my dealer let me take a open item home for a test run. The picture quality of the two was very similar but the overall warmth of the sound is what sold me on the 9200.
