It's the "pre-quel" , the beginning. The very first Enterprise on it's maiden voyage. While entertaining it's a bit muddled in the storyline. For example, although this is represented to be the first voyage of humans in a starship, the crew includs a alien doctor. While they initially mentioned a "transporter", references to one have since been dropped.
The crew also includes a rather delectable Vulcan named T'pol which is the main reason I watch the show...

And why are clothing required in the chamber? Doesn't the alien viruses still could hide behind it?
The Vulcan has no neck. 7 of 9, on the other hand, that semi Borg Aryan type with heroic bosom, that's the one to go with if you're stuck on a space ship.
Like football player no-neck or too thin?I think the silicone makes up for whatever no-neck you see deficient.
You think the Vulcans are so advanced a species and they still have to wear clothes. Their mind don't even wander into those areas except once every 7 years, so clothing served no purpose.
Short neck. Vulcans are obviously into surgical enhancements. She's a good choice for a Vulcan because her lips hardly look human. She has style though; she picked the largest off-the-shelf breast implants. She walks funny, but seems to compensate pretty well for the extra weight out front.7 of 9 on the other hand ... a swan, the implants could hurt though.
