Separate systems for audio and video is a great idea !
Having everything in one system is too much of a compromise for me.

I wouldn't use the Fosgate in the music system though. It's too noisy and doesn't sound too hot on 2 channel music. Leave it for video duties and get a dedicated music preamp.
