avr3803 nice
42hdx82, nicerrr (new model)
dvm4800, nice, but why not go for the yamaha dvds5200, i think that's the model number, but it's a new sacd, dvd-a, dvd-v (progressive scan from fourudjia processor) player, for only a grand.
Follow Ups:
That Yamaha DVD player sounds pretty cool. Any idea where I could find more info about it? I've been the the Yamaha web site, but no luck finding that model, or for that matter, anything in their product line that does SACD DVD-Audio and progressive/Faroudja. Maybe it's simply too new and I need to be patient.
actually, the model number on that player is the dvds2300 and it hasn't been released yet, i think it'll be out later this month, but yeah, it seems like a great affordable player. And i think it might just give the marantz player a run for its money....
Nice link. It looks pretty interesting. I've never owned any Yamaha products, though all I've heard has been positive. It's definitely now on my list to check out. The list also includes Philips DVD963SA, Pioneer Elite DV-47Ai, Marantz DV-8300, and the Sony DVP-NS999ES. None seem to have everything I want. Maybe my wish list is too long. :-)
