A great product. Can play DVD, LD, CD, VCD. Equiped with 24/96kHz DAC, AC3 decoder, DTS digital out, LegatoLink, digital noise filter, Dolby Virtual surround, this product has all you need but Karaoke feature.Nice looking in gold chassis. Have 2 RCA video and audio output, 2 svideo, 1 digital coax, 1 optical, 1 AC3 RF output.
I tested Chuck Mangione 24/96kHz DVD SuperAudio Disk, it sounds magnificent. The PCM can also output 16/48kHz digital data when playing 24/96 recording.
I think, this product is designed with latest tech and expensive looks with affordable cost.

I was briefly looking into one of these units, but wandered into a free Pioneer Professional series laser disc player instead. As it is, i would be interested in seeing how the laser competes against DVD using the same player for reference. Sean
