    I am having the same trouble. I bought mine on the 9th and called tech support MANY times until I got through. The woman said that a service company would be in touch with me, but I haven't heard anything yet. Just tried calling again and got voice mail. Not sure what to do about it.       Advent was part of the Recoton family of companies. Since Recoton went under it looks like some other company has purchased the name and is importing products under that name. Looking at the number of posts describing problems I would be careful. Prices look good; product looks OK compared to other brands.
