Been looking, and somewhat shocked at the prices for equipment racks.I am not looking for some exotic rack that will tune my sound. I'm just looking for something better than the Ikea shelf I now use to hold my equipment (Proceed AVP, Aragon 8008's, Pioneer DVD/LD player, etc.).
Any suggestions on vendors that have down to earth prices?

Check audiogon for a dealer. I paid 329.00 for mine. Extremely good value, best I've seen, on a real wood rack. Check the www.lovanusa.com site for pitures.
http://www.axiomaudio.com/factoryoutlet.htmlThey look pretty decent to me, but you may want to e-mail them with your questions first.

It's got a 35-pound Yamaha amp on it now. 70 pounds may be pushing it, though -- the shelves are only 1/2" thick.
like it so much that I bought 2 sets. Its great that its stackable which is why I bought 2 so that I can expand.
