I use RG6U quad-shield from RadioShack. I don't know who they OEM it from but it appears to be a very well made cable. I also use the crimp on type F connectors and the crimping tool from RatShack. The tool wasn't that expensive. I should warn you though that you must get the crimp on style connectors made for quad-shield (a little larger diameter) and still, it's a bit of a chore getting them on properly. Anyway, that's what I'm using for my outdoor FM antenna and a separate run to my outdoor $22 Radio Shack UHF antenna for HDTV.
