Seasons Greetings!! Hearing rumors DTV is coming out w/ an HD box w/ DVR in 04, but not being a patient man, I want both now. Will a std. dtv dvr box and the dtv HD box play well together? I assume the DVR won't record in HD, but I'm trying to figure out if I can hook up both boxes at the same time w/o too much pain. DTV was zero help on the phone. My DLP inputs/outputs are below. Thanks much for any help!!Inputs and Outputs

Follow Ups:
Well you would use up one of your DLP's S-Video ins with the Std. DTV DVR (S-Video is the best quality connection it has for output). Now the connection from the DTV HD box to your DLP is up in the air unless you can tell us a specific model HD box you are considering, as some of them have different output connections available. You won't be able to record from the HD box to the DTV DVR box at all, I wasn't clear if that was something you were expecting to be able to do or not.
Hope this helps!
Jason, Thanks for the reply. Equip is on it's way, but direct tv would not tell me which one I'll be getting. I'll let you know. Thanks again!
