Yes that is the disc. You can also get it directly from the manufacturer. Setup is done via the TV remote, if the set is newer. You can adjust sharpness, contrast, etc. in that fashion. The best setup is via an ISF certified tech.What you are complaining about is clearly a cable problem. As I said before, clean everything before you call them, as it may help & the cable guys tend to be clueless. I usually recommend dumping cable, as it awful, satellite is better.
