Abe,
You are correct...Sony does call it Clear Edge VM, and it is adjustable. Revisiting the Pro and Movie settings shows that the difference in the factory settings of Pro and Movie is the Color Temp. Pro is set to Neutral Color temp and Movie is set to Warm.
