I have a Yamaha RXV1400. I have my front speakers bi wired from the same "A" terminals in the back of the reciever. I know there is little if any benifit of this, but I had 2 sets of speaker wires so I figured what the heck. I was flipping though my owners manual and it said I can bi wire the front speakers using the "b"terminals for the other wire. Makes sense, but is there any benifit to doing this. Did they just do it to make it easier to wire instead of stuffing two sets of wire into one set of terminals? It isn't like you are bi amping the fronts.
