I have the same setup and, coming from a Proton 27" tube which always had a sharp picture, was initially disappointed. It's not the TV - the great HD and DVD pic quality proves that - you're just seeing low-rez video stretched out over a much larger screen. Me, I'm just praying for a rapid increase in HD programming!

that's disappointing to hear. That will take some time to re-adjust.
Do you have audio tracking problems with your Sammy? I notice that the audio and video will not match on DVD's. That's highly annoying.

  I have it sometimes on HD, particularly network programs - the show itself is OK, but when they cut to (SD) commercial, the dreaded sync problem rears its ugly head. So far, no problems with DVDs or VHS sound.
