Yes, it looks like a scam. Everything about it looks like a scam. Your instinct is telling you it's a scam. So why would you even consider giving this person money?

FYI I found out the Jason Kay, the "owner" of manwhatadeal.com was investigated for fraud in the past, seems like he has a history of taking money and not delivering equipment. The only question I have is has manwhatadeal.com EVER delivered any equipment to anybody?
I gave Jason Kay money for five plasma sets and have nothing. I got a letter from a law firm in Texas directing me to send all of my correspondance to them. That was about 10 days ago and I have not heard back from them. It looks like a scam to me.
I placed a order about 2 months ago, they said it is coming in 2 weeks, so far they respond my email timely, but I think I am a sucker right now, I just called my credit card company about this...
keep my fingers cross.
Even if this company is actually going to deliver a plasma TV to you (which I doubt), it would be a grey market unit with no warranty and no support. If you have a problem with it, you won't be able to get it fixed. Saving money on the purchase will be small consolation if you end up with a several-thousand-dollar paperweight a few months or years down the road.
