I just purchased a Pioneer Elite receiver (VSX-56TXi) and a Pioneer Elite DVD player (DV-59AVi). My Cable and TV each have (1)DVI connection, my DVD player has (1) HDMI connection but my receiver has neither. How do I connect to my TV's DVI connection for both cable and DVD?

Run the cable's DVI connection to the switcher and run the DVD player (via an HDMI-to-DVI cable) to the switcher. Run the switcher to the display.
Gefen, Pacific Cable, Digital Connection, etc sell 2- and 4-input DVI switchers. The 2-input switchers run from $200 - $250.
