could not wait...seemed like a good deal...bought 2, one for parents, one for myself. the parents sounds very good, paired with mission v60's and cheap kenwood speakers and sub for surround. mine is paired with energy veritas, nordost wires and is sounding too much on top end. awaiting break-in...
Hey, dude -Does the SA-XR55 have individual line-in inputs for all the channels? I need 14 indivual channels of amplification (min of 60 W per channel), and want to buy 2 SA-XR55 receivers for this task. Will it meet my needs?
I also would like the 7 channels (I won't use the '.1' subwoofer output) of each amplifier to be full bandwidth (20Hz-20kHz) output. Does the SA-XR55 allow this?
Thanks!
i have sa-xr50, not 55. mine has 5.1 line-in. why would you need 14 channels? it is too bad the unit does not have line-outs. would be more useful to me if can use f/r line-out to my 2 channel integrated to power front mains. this unit would then serve as a 4ch amplifier and 6.1 processor.
