  I believe Sharp gives an option for speakers on the side or speakers below the screen. Often if you have a wall unit then the speakers below can occupy the same space as a conventional 4 by 3 set. Then I believe these is the additional option of a cable card. Sorry I don't know Sharp's nomenclature, but essentially those are the differences.
