i'm looking for a flat panel tv or monitor that could work with a computer and rotate from horizontal to vertical. I know these exist but don't know who makes them. Anyone? Also, I'm looking for a panel that 'flips' so that, for example, if you had a partner across the desk from you you could flip the bottom up towards the top and your partner, instead of looking at the back of the panel, would now be looking at the screen with the image automatically flipped for him. I know these exist but also don't know who makies them.
In an ideal world (for me) there would exist a monitor that both rotated and flipped. does anyone know how i could find out if such a monitor exists?

Flat Panels can be plasmas and LCDs.Panasonic's, and I'm sure others, commercial plasmas can be used horizontally (landscape) or vertically (portrait). But I'm sure that you would want a flat panel LCD if you're going to actually be rotating the screen throughout the day. You're not going to be doing this with a plasma.
Windows XP, with the Hot Keys enabled in Graphics Options, can rotate the screen 180 degrees (Control Alt Down).
You're right; LCD. but the option in windows xp (which i did not know about so thank you) isn't what i'm looking for: i'm looking for more real estate. I write screenplays and having a vertical screen that can show a whole page of script is helpful.
Yes. Adding a rotatable LCD screen with that setup option will do the job. I use a pair of them.
