Video Asylum

I can't figure out how to hook this up, even with 92-page booklet.

Three elements in system: attic antenna, DVR, 5-year old Sony 32" TV (therefore no HDMI, DVI, but component video, S video & composite video connections.)

On analogy of VCR, or Panasonic DVR (see link below), SD broadcast signal travels from attenna through VCR to TV, via two co-axial cables attached to RF in and RF out on VCR or DVR.

This Sony only has a RF in, not an RF out. Apart from RF in, the only other co-axial hookup on back is for hooking up cable TV.

Duh? I must be missing something here that is rather obvious . . .
