  1. Unplug your TV, let it sit for a few minutes
  2. Plug your TV back in, and turn it on
  3. Let it sit for a minute or two, turn it off, then turn it back on

  Repeat step three a couple more times. If it doesn't go away, you'll need an external deguasser, or take it in to the shop for deguassing (it should be fast and cheap, degaussing with the right equipment is easy.)
