The speakers are Infinity Primus 360s in front, Infinity Primus center, and Minimus 7s in rear. Pioneer DVD, Denon CD, Nakamichi cassette deck.
I used ot have a Nak deck years back... CRII or something.
8 ohms and 93db, very easy to drive, so that should not be an issue. If you prefer an HK sound over the Pioneer then maybe the change will be worth it. I'd try one out before doing all of that though.
Is there something you don't like about your system now that you want to change? I think you may miss the DD vs PL when it comes to movies.
My Pioneer VSX711 is too bright, especially with the Pioneer DVD. Not as bad with the Denon. The Infinity Primus line was voiced with HK amps.
Don't sell your Pioneer before confirming you're happy with the HK though.
