I have the VT1.2's for fronts, the VS2a Center and VS1.2a's for rear and it is an excellent setup. You will need at LEAST these for your big room. I'd go that route but I hope you can test drive the setup with your receiver FIRST. I am not sure if the 2800 has enough juice for the setup. I DO recall a review a year or so ago that used the Denon 3200 to drive the NHT VT2's and it said it did a decent job, so maybe you will be fine. However I DO see a 2 channel amp and a sub in your future but you'd be better off with the towers in the long run. I found a good price on the VT2's ($1099) as they are being discontinued, thats really the right speaker for your size room, IMHO. (I didn't buy the VT2's,,,,WAF)
