Do a search at hometheaterforum.com. I think someone posted some info there. (or digitaltheater.com)

That was great- thanks for the info! I'll hold out a little longer.
Got an e-mail from Outlaw regarding the receiver and the processor:"1. The FAQ is currently being updated, and we should have a new version
posted this week. Check back with the web site in a few days and you will
receive the new FAQ by sending us a message.2. We've made some last minute changes to the 1050's software, and
currently expect to ship in early April. The first preamp/processor/tuner
IS based on the 1050, so it will follow in late spring. It deletes the amp
(obviously), though we are adding back in a single, high power amp channel
to allow use of the 6.1 process with a 5 channel amp. The preamp will add
component video switching, on-screen displays and an additional coax
digital input."
I asked about the slopes on the crossover,also...(Jg)
"3. We're finalizing and testing for the slopes now, and will have them in
the revised FAQ. Note, however, that one of the changes made to the 1050 is
the addition of a 60Hz crossover, in response to many consumer requests."
