The audio on all of these units is very comparable with the Denon having an ever so slight edge when using the analog outputs. As for video if you have a TV with progressive inputs then the Toshiba 5109 will easily outperform the other 2 units in the video department. If your TV doesn't have progressive inputs it will be very close I prefered the Denon because the video was as good as the Sony(not better but as good) and the Denon has better build quality, better warranty, HDCD support, 24/96 audio and it is a 5 disc changer to boot.
