Porn usually doesn't appeal to families per se, and the discs aren't any more delicate than a regular DVD.Personally, I don't know if it will really make a difference with the formats or not. Or if it will sell or not. I haven't watched porn in years.
I still think both formats will coexist for quite a while, surviving as niche products.

Hi,
I think the pits are 6 times smaller, so any scratch is six times worse. For the medium to thrive it needs families; and I doubt that's gonna happen. Like SACD and it's competitor, it will struggle along in obscurity until the next big thing buries it forever.
