  With Blu-ray, there will be 3 regions (A, B and C). The players will respect the current DVD region coding, but Blu-ray discs have relaxed restrictions.

  Region A:
  - North America
  - Central America
  - South America
  - Korea
  - Japan
  - South East Asia

  Region B:
  - Europe
  - Middle East
  - Africa
  - Australia
  - New Zealand

  Region C:
  - Russia
  - India
  - China
