The best HDTV monitor I have ever seen. The price ranges from $8000 to $4500. I going to wait until its $2500 in a couple years.Full resolution 1080P 1920 plasma 52".
Follow Ups:
I agree that Pioneer makes a great plasma.Panasonic will have some nice 50" 1080p plasmas slated to be released this summer. Hopefully, one of them will have HDMI 1.3.
The plasmas being introduced this summer by Pioneer are supposed to break new ground in several areas that were previously problematic for this technology, including black level, contrast ratios, half-life and power requirements. Those who have seen Pioneer's new screens describe it as a major improvement in quality--and that is beyond the best quality plasma currently available. Should be quite an achievement and I do not recommend buying a plasma until you at least get a look at these this summer.

If SED ever makes it to the marketplace it will probably open up even more avenues. It semes to be in a bit of litigation now.
