Hi, I am considering buying a new a/v system (say 70% music, 30% movies). I visited what I think is the most respectable store around and was recommended the Chiro C-902. I like to go with a receiver instead of seperates - for now. Does anybody have any experience with Chiro products? What about this receiver, I know is relatively new but, has any publication reviewed it? I most confess I never heard of this brand before, so the more information you give me the better.
Appreciate your help, MJC.
This receiver is manufactured under Kinergetics Research spec. a comp. with a impressive record in audio gear & subwoofers designs. If your intension is to use this receiver to seriously here music you won't go wrong with it. Is one of the most impressive audio gear I have hear for its sheer musicality. When you consider the price of separates (amp-pre)this receiver is an outstanding value. Check with your dealer the protection device of the receiver is very complex and sometimes behave oddly having to turn on & off the unit. That will be my only complaint; sounding beautiful otherwise. Use with fairly efficient loudspeakers. Make yourself a favor and listen this receiver it worth the time and effort. Happy Listening
