It seems like the Panasonic A-120 is nowhwere to be found. Was it discontinued? My A-110 gave up the ghost. The motor that spins the disc overheated and is no longer responding. It was my own damn fault for locking it up and using it in a closed entertainment center box. Maybe I'll fix it later and give it to a relative.
I haven't been keeping up with video components lately. Is the A-120 the only one that was streeting for $250 that had component video output?
Tom §.
That's what I have. Component, S-, and composite video; optical and digital coax audio, plus it will output full 24/96 from the digital outs. I think it sells most everywhere for $250, some places less.RichardH
Thanks Richard. That looks like it will fit the bill nicely. I like the idea of that disc memory feature.Tom §.
Tom,I just spent three weeks with the Pioneer DV-525 DVD player. Please be aware that there has been some complaints about noisy drive mechanisms on this DVD player. I just returned mine because the damn drive sounded like a cricket chripping when it spins the disc.
