I am using the cables for HDTV and have been told that adaptors will add ringing to the picture. I am using adaptors now and can see a difference when I switch to the proper BNC cables. Unfortunately the cables I have that have BNC are 25 feet to short for my permanent instalation. What size is the only sizze know around here anyway? I know that the coax rg-59 and rg-6 are slightly different but ...

HiApologies, could not have been thinking very clearly. Of course there is a multitude of cables for BNC connectors. I suggest you post a question on cable asylum to find out the specific cable for your purpose.

Thanks, I didn't know there was a cable asylum.
Is it possible to nip off a small piece of the cable and take it as a sample to the local electronics supply house, and compare it to the avalable connectors?
