Hi,,,You might take a look at the Magnum Dynalab MD-10 Virtual Surround Processor. It is meant to do exactly what you are looking for a processor to do. Using only (2) front speakers, it can take either a Dolby Digital or analogue signal & configure it to sound correct, doing all processing in the digital domain. Better control & less noise.
