My Sony dvd player has a Virtual 3D Surround feature on it, it has 2 modes A and B. I would like to know if any other people have had any experience with this feature? Virtual 3D Surround creates a 3D sound similar to what you get from 5.1 but with the use of only 2 speakers rather then 5. This works very nice for me as I live in a condo where space is not a commodity. I have a very nice 2 channel amplifier, a set of speakers and a subwoofer now.I would like very much to add this feature to my VCR signal and to the cable signal as well. I have been thinking about selling my 2 channel preamplifier and getting maybe a "Theta Casablanca" pre/processor which from what I have read also has this feature. I'm not that sure but I think the "Theta Casa Nova" also has this feature. I will with out a doubt also purchase a dvd/cd transport as well the two I have in mind are from Muse Electronics or maybe the Theta David. Is there any other company's that provide this feature in a pre/pro that don't compromise musical quality?
All answer's would be very much appreciated it really saves me a lot of leg work.
Thank You
Steve
