I think with digital cable, you'll definitely need more than one cable boxes. Synopsys from an LA Times article on Adelphia cable in southern cal: It'll work just like DSS in that you'll need a decoder for every TV if you want to watch different program in each. Also, there'll be an extra charge for each additional TV, because they can track what you watch. The article is from the business section sometimes last week, if you're interested. With our provider, you require a decoder box to get all the channels and music stations. However a TV without a decoder will still recive all the analog stations. So our main TV (with the decoder) has all 150-200 channels, while our bedroom TV (without a decoder) gets 60-70 channels
