Blue,Are you certain that you turned on the DTS output on the DVD player? There is a setup menu on most players that requires you to turn on the DTS bitstream. This is on the player, not the disc, which also normally has a DTS selection. Most DVD players default to turn off the DTS bitstream because you can damage your speakers if you run a DTS signal over the analog outputs. If you are certain that the DTS signal is turned on, I can't help. Good luck.
