Can anyone comment on the Cygnus Imaging Corp IMX931-VTS unit for a Sharp front projector model # XV-H37U ? I've read where it decreases the "pixelization" effect (black little borders on each pixel)and makes for a more "film like" picture. My scenario is such that I sit close to a large screen (80-84" diagonal screen)and want to minimize the black borders on each pixel. Does this unit live up to the few reviews I've read ?

It is very effective in my experience, particularly on LCD FPs with a conventional LCD grid pattern, which is virtually every LCD FP except the Sony 400Q. I even found it to be very effective with the offset delta pixel array of the Sony 400Q when the projected image is large enough relative to viewing distance that annoying pixel structure is visible. For this reason I use it with my 400Q.
Thanks for the reply, thats one heck of a system you got there. I'm curious, what are your room dimensions ? And are those Legacy speakers as nice sounding as they look ? Man are they sweet to look at.
