I have a 36" Sony WEGA Trinitron FD, which is a high-definition (1080p) monitor (no tuner). It's about $2,700, but it comes in a 32" version for about $2,000.A little higher up the food chain, Loewe has a new 32" HD monitor as for about $3,500. EXCELLENT. Very subdued.

Watching video on this TV is not like watching film but like you were present at the time the film was being shot. It's the TV's abaility to handle motion that sets it apart for all other TVs. Probably the most 3D looking picture I have ever seen on any display device. The built-in line doubler gives a very smooth image.
The 30" Loewe Aconda 16:9 HDTV set is 33" W x 25" H x 22" D.
