Doing well Chuck. Thank you.John Kotches nailed the acronym in his post below. This is the format that JVC, amongst others, are trying to ramrod through the powers that be. If adopted, it could obsolete a lot of HDTV capable TV's because they don't have the proper input.
I'm dangerously close to buying a Mitsubishi WS65807. The $500 WS65857 has a VGA input, primarily for computer, which is of no use to me personally. But if DVI HDCP is a VGA format, I'd be set by buyining the upgrade. The 65857 also has slightly different lenses that are supposed to give better focus around the edges of the screen.
One thing about Mitsubishi is that they promise upgradability in the future, at a cost of course. I heard a FireWire board upgrade could be $1,000, but don't quote me on that.
