The Phillips, right? Is this head & shoulders above the rest? What does it do that the others don't? Can this be used in a multiroom remote system? Not at all familiar with multiroom remote systems yet, but will need to be soon. I don't want to spend a lot of $$ on a universal remote to find out later that there was something better to use for multiroom.I appreciate the info

It is not good for multi-room use if you are wanting to use FROM another room TO another room. It is IR. It is very easy to program, with or without a PC.I don't know of a NICE remote that I'd want my 2-yr. old playing with either!

Also, is this remote a good choice with kids using the system? The system is in the living room where the remote is left on the coffee table & the kids hang out. Our 2 yr. old likes to hide the remotes. A remote with a pager would be nice.Thanx!
