I'm not sure if the player itself can pass the signals but that is irrelevant, I need the conversion to view DVDs that I find out there in flea markets and street markets during my travels around the US and South America. These discs are often from other regions, but often NTSC.

If then, the UK is the only source, I will get it from there...but I would really like to find a US source.
