I was watching "A League of Their Own" on cable when I witnessed a new video flaw. The screen occasionlly blurred during motion instead of strobing. Is this a new 3:2 pull-down artifact from cheap devices? If so, what does one look for in the literature to avoid this distraction?....just my 2¢
