The picture from each is fine when they are plugged into my old 27" Sony seperately, but if they are plugged in at the same time, the picture coming from the RCA's turn to B&W. Any suggestions for fixing this problem?Regards,
Doug

If they are plugged into the same video input , have you tried using separate input for each cable ?On my 34" Sony, if both S-Video and RCA are used on the same input, the S-video has priority. No such problem when I switched S-Video to video input 1 and RCA to video input 2.

When I tried to use the RCA and S-Video connectors, the S-Video worked fine and the RCA did not work. My only choice to have all of the cables I desired, connected, was to run the additional RCA cable to the connector on the front of the TV... Paul
Man oh man, considering my TV has no front RCA inputs, I guess this means I will just have to plug/unplug the s-video everytime I want to use the DVD player. This is so wrong,
