Do computer CD burners allow copying of DTS CD's? Or is there another way?
Follow Ups:
If you search the internet you can find a program caled Clone CD. If you have one of the burners that writes in native language it will even copy those thing that are not supposed to be coppied.Try this Web site http://www.pro-g.com/clonecd/ The trial version will only let you record in 2X untill ypu register it and then it will write as fast as your recorder.
Hope this helps

If you make a direct digital copy from the digital out on a CD or DVD player to an Audio CD recorder or a DAT player, you will have no problem. Something may change when there are conversions involved in the process, like when computer software processing is used.
I've done this using Adaptecs software by extracting the files to .wav then reburning the disc. When doing direct disc - disc copying it has failed.
There is supposed to be a program that does "Exact Audio Copy" that resolves this issue with copying DTS cds.
Why the Adaptec software won't copy the DTS CDs cleanly I do not know.
