I've done this using Adaptecs software by extracting the files to .wav then reburning the disc.

When doing direct disc - disc copying it has failed.

There is supposed to be a program that does "Exact Audio Copy" that resolves this issue with copying DTS cds.

Why the Adaptec software won't copy the DTS CDs cleanly I do not know.
