Video Asylum

During the past year, I've undergone several repairs to soldering on the panel of my RCA 35" Stereo P&P TV. While completing repairs to the TV last evening, my repairman advised me that a class action lawsuit concerning this model and the exact same repairs was settled out of court. It's my understanding that Thomson, Inc., or Thomson Corporation, or whatever the manufacturer of this model has agreed to reimburse consumers for repairs made to the TV.

I have not been able to find any class action regarding this matter, and I was curious if anyone may be able to help me. I would certainly appreciate any information that may be provided.
