you might try: http://www.keohi.com/keohihdtv/index.htm . They have most tips and tweak info I've found. if not there, then www.hometheaterspot.com has a toshiba section to check out. I'm personally not familiar with your model, but from the number it looks like a direct view set which typically doesn't need any convergence adjustment since there is only one CRT to worry about.hope this helps...

Follow Ups:
Actually, CRTs need to be converged too, just not as much (usually) as a projector. they do drift as they age. I have mainly a problem with the extreme outside edges of the picture, as well as the pincushion is slightly curved. i really don't know how well this was done at the factory, but i have been able to tweak grey scale to be more useable, and i've been able to set up most of the geometry (thanks to video essentials and avia!).
