I am using a B&K Ref 30 as my processor and have decided I don't particularly like the component video switching on it. It is a little slow and it seems to degrade the picture slightly. Does anyone have any suggestions on an external component video switcher. I know of one made by Cal Audio Labs but that is the only one I have heard of.

Check with the folks at Extron, http://www.extron.com and at Key Digital http://www.keydigital.com -- they should have a product or two that meet your needs.Of course if you don't really need component video switching, it's more expensive, but going direct from source to display will be the best option.
Regards,
I agree but The HDTV I plan on getting doesn't have enough component in's for use. I will be using a Progressive scan DVD, a HDTV satelite receiver, and when it comes out the XBox for games. All of which utilize component video.
Oops, used wrong moniker earlier.Doesn't it suck that we're getting more component outputs than we know how to deal with?
I stick by my earlier recommendations of Extron and Key Digital.
