Best $300 DTS receiver w/ preouts?

I primarily listen to music on my high end system. But ocassional I watch a DVD and I'd like to add a receiver with preamp outs for the main speakers to go to my CJ amp.
I am looking at 2 receivers.
Denon 1801 and Sherwood RD-7106
The receiver would only power the rear surrounds and the center channel.
Any other suggestions in the $300 range? Thanks.

300.00 is a little low, but in the sub 1K range the Outlaw Audio 1051 seems to have an excelllent reputation and has pre-outs... it sells for $499
