I am not sure any mathematical formulas for projecting longevity is as good as experience... While it is true that an individual pixel can not be fixed in most current designs, that alone sould not be a problem. In general, if the pixel works for the first 100 hours, chances are that it will work for a very long time.How noticeable is a bad pixel is dependent upon 2where the pixel was that died (center or edge), the size of the panel, the size of the pixel and the viewing distance. Would a tiny black speck on your TV screen bug you?... Oaul
